Ashing

Anatech USA's SCE-100 series is designed for Plasma Ashing to remove organics prior to SEM and/of chemical analysis of rmaining inorganics.

An example is ashing away organic material from filters that miners wear, prior to testing for mineral and asbestos exposure. 

Model SCE-604 is designed to plasma ash one (1) to four (4) samples during the same process run. Each chamber is independantly sealed during the process cycle to prevent cross contamination.

Chamber dimensions are 4-inches diameter x 8-inches long.
